The Grounded Practice
Strength, Stillness, and Ease for Everyday Life

The Yoga Sutras teach us to practice with steadiness and ease. When we create a firm foundation, grace naturally arises—not only on the mat, but in the way we show up at home, work, and in our relationships.

This 10-week yoga course is an invitation to build that foundation from the ground up.

You’ll learn how to move with strength and stability while layering depth, awareness, and subtlety into each pose. Through thoughtful sequencing and mindful alignment, you’ll cultivate physical strength, learn the art of stillness, and quiet the constant chatter of the mind.

Each session also includes simple, accessible meditative practices designed to bring more calm, patience, and peace into your everyday life—tools you can carry well beyond the mat.

By the end of the 10 weeks, you’ll feel:

  •    Stronger and more grounded

  •   Lighter in both body and mind

  •  Calmer, clearer, and more centered

  •   Confident and supported as you move forward toward what you want to create in life
