Breathe Deep and Stand Tall: A Yoga and Breathing Workshop for Tweens
ABOUT WORKSHOP
Whether they’re athletes looking to improve flexibility and balance or students wanting to focus better and stay calm under pressure, this workshop offers tools and techniques to support many aspects of children’s well-being.
In this 75min workshop, tweens will learn simple breathwork techniques to stay calm and focused, yoga poses to build strength and flexibility, and mindful practices to boost confidence and relaxation.
Led by Elizabeth Flint, a senior yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience and a mother of two, this workshop is a safe and welcoming space for tweens to learn and grow. Elizabeth has worked with children and adults alike to help them cultivate greater physical and emotional well-being.
