Modern Movement ~ Mona Vale: Timetable Here
Tuesday: 12:30-1:30pm Non-Heated Vinyasa
(A Vigorous Movement-Based Practice to strengthen and open the body)
Saturday: 4:00-5:30pm Vinyasa to Yin
(50-minute Vinyasa practice to invigorate the body followed by 40 minutes of long-held floor stretches to calm the mind)
