Embodied Movement Sessions combine expertly sequenced movements to increase strength, improve cardio capacity, enhance flexibility and improve balance, while aiding to calm the nervous system.
Every session provides a great workout, as well as time for rest, reflection and connection.
All classes offer variations and modifications for different levels of fitness and flexibility.
